Who we help

Marketing for local businesses with a front door.

Contractors, cafes, auto shops, retail, salons and clinics around your city. If your customers live within about twenty minutes of you and find you by searching your town, we already know how this goes.

Contractors & trades

Marketing for plumbers, electricians, roofers and builders

Your work is urgent and your competition is whoever shows up first in the map pack. Somebody with a burst pipe is not comparing five quotes — they’re calling the top result with decent reviews.

So for trades we lead with Google and reviews, get a page built for each service and each town you cover, and make the phone number impossible to miss on a phone.

Where we usually start

Local SEOReviewsService pages
What they search

"emergency plumber near me" · "roof repair" · "electrician open now"

Cafes, bakeries & restaurants

Marketing for cafes, bakeries and neighborhood restaurants

Food is decided in about ten seconds, usually on a phone, usually by whichever place looks best in the photos and has hours you can trust.

For food businesses we lead with photos and social, keep your Google hours and menu accurate, and make sure the specials get seen by the people already walking past.

Wrong opening hours on Google cost you more than any ad. Holidays, short days, the week you close — we keep it current so nobody drives over to a locked door.

Auto shops & mechanics

Marketing for auto repair shops and mechanics

Nobody enjoys picking a mechanic. They’re worried about being talked into work they don’t need, so they read reviews carefully and they call the shop that sounds straight with people.

Reviews do the selling
We get the ask in front of every customer who drives away happy, which is most of them.
A page per job, not one big list
Brakes, tires, diagnostics, inspections — each written to be found on its own.
Booking that doesn't need a phone call
Half your customers would rather book at 10pm than ring you at 8am.

Retail shops & boutiques

Marketing for independent shops competing with a warehouse

You can’t beat next-day delivery on price, and you don’t have to. What you have is the thing people can hold, the person behind the counter who knows the answer, and the fact you’re eight minutes away right now.

Get the foot traffic
"Open now near me" is a real search with real intent. We make sure you turn up in it.
Show what's in stock
New arrivals posted weekly beats a static product page nobody updates.
Keep the regulars close
A short email list of people who already like you outperforms almost anything else you can buy.

Salons, spas & studios

Marketing for salons, spas and studios that live on the calendar

Your business is a diary. An empty Tuesday afternoon is money you can’t get back, and a client who drifts away quietly is worth more than any new one.

So we work on two things: filling the gaps this week, and giving people a reason to rebook before they leave.

Online booking that works on a phone at midnight
Last-minute offers to fill a quiet afternoon
Before-and-after posts, with permission, done properly
Gentle nudges to clients who haven't been in for a while

Clinics & local services

Marketing for dentists, physios, vets and local practices

People choosing a clinic are nervous and careful. They read reviews, they check whether you take their insurance, and they want to know how quickly they can be seen.

Marketing here is mostly removing doubt: clear pages for each treatment, plain answers to the awkward questions, and a booking process that doesn’t make them phone during work hours.

The questions we make sure you answer
How much will this cost me, roughly?
Do you take my insurance or plan?
How soon can I actually be seen?
Will it hurt, and what happens first?
Is there parking, and where do I go in?

Regulated trades: everything we publish goes to you for sign-off first.

Where we work

[City] and about twenty miles around it.

That’s not a rule we invented to sound local. It’s the radius most of our clients serve, which means we already know the towns your customers live in and who you’re up against in each one.

We also don’t take on two businesses in the same trade in the same town. If we already work with a plumber near you, we’ll tell you on the first call.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

If your trade isn’t listed anywhere on this page, ring us anyway. The answer is usually yes.

Do you only work with certain types of business?
We work with local businesses whose customers live nearby. If people find you by searching your town, we can help — the six above are just where we've done it most.
How far do you travel?
[City] and roughly twenty miles around it. Beyond that we'd rather point you at someone local to you than pretend we know your area.
Would you work with my competitor too?
Not in the same town and the same trade. It's unfair to both of you, and we'd be bidding against ourselves.
We're brand new. Is it too early?
No, but the order changes. New businesses usually start with a Google Business Profile, a small website and the first handful of reviews before anything else.
We're busy enough right now. Why bother?
Because busy is seasonal. The work you do now is what fills the slow months later, and it's much cheaper to build when you're not desperate.
