Lead generation

Lead generation for the gaps in next month’s calendar.

Getting found is the patient half. This is the active half: going and asking, politely, at the doors most likely to open. We push harder in your slow months and back off when you’re at capacity. You tell us when you’re full.

Month to month. You set the pace, we set the pipeline.

The problem it fixes

Next month’s calendar has gaps in it right now.

Getting found on Google is the patient work, and it pays off over months. But some weeks you need work now, not eventually. Lead generation is the active half: going out and asking, at the doors most likely to actually open, instead of waiting for the phone to ring on its own.

Before we send you anything

We agree on what a good lead looks like first

How a lead reaches you

Four steps, and you only see the last one

  1. Step 1: We agree what a good lead is

Job size, distance, the kind of work you’d rather not take. Filtering starts here, not at your phone.

  2. Step 2: We reach out

Email, partnerships in your community, and seasonal offers that give someone a reason to call this week rather than eventually.

  3. Step 3: We follow up with the quiet ones

Which is where most of the work actually hides. Four or five touches, none of them annoying.

  4. Step 4: It lands on your phone with a note

Who they are, what they want, and where they came from. You just have to ring them back.

Why this, specifically

Waiting by the phone isn’t a plan

Being findable on Google matters, but it’s a patient game that pays off over months. Some weeks you can’t afford to wait that long. This is the part that goes out and asks directly, so a slow month doesn’t have to stay slow.

A lead still needs somewhere good to land. See web design too.

Common questions

Before you call

If yours isn’t here, ring us and ask. We’d rather answer it now than after you’ve signed something.

How is this different from buying leads from a directory site?
Directory leads get sold to five businesses at once and go to whoever calls back first. Ours come to you alone, already filtered against what you told us you actually want.
Can I turn it down when I’m fully booked?
Yes, and that’s the point of agreeing what a good lead looks like up front. Tell us you’re full and we ease off until you’re not.
What if the leads aren’t a good fit?
Tell us specifically what’s off and we adjust the filter. This works best as an ongoing conversation, not a set-and-forget campaign.
Do you cold call on my behalf?
No. This is email outreach, partnerships and offers, not unsolicited calls made in your name.
How quickly do leads start coming in?
Usually two to four weeks for the first ones, once we’ve agreed what you’re looking for and reached out properly.

Got a gap in next month you’d rather not have?

Forty-five minutes on the phone, no obligation, and a straight answer on whether this is the right fit before anything starts.
