These terms cover your use of growthdonedifferently.com. Growth Done Differently (“we”, “us”) provides it. If you use the site, you agree to them. If you hire us, the work itself is covered by a separate written agreement, described below.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse the site and to contact us through it. Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no spam through the contact form, and no pretending to be someone else.

What’s on this site

The pages and notes here are general information for small businesses. They aren’t legal, financial or professional advice for your situation.

Examples on this site, such as sample reports, review cards, rankings and timelines, are illustrations, not promises. What happens for your business depends on your trade, your town, your reviews and many things we don’t control.

Our content

The text, graphics, logo and design of this site belong to us. You’re welcome to link to our pages and to quote short excerpts with credit. Please don’t copy whole pages or use our logo without asking first.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they say or do.

Working with us

If you hire us, what we’ll do, what it costs and how to stop go into a written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms. Our usual approach is month to month, and what we build for you stays in your name.

No warranty and limits on liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without promises that it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss that results from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Growth Done Differently is based, and the courts there can hear any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
